CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

(A)    Removal of tars or diesel contaminates with thinners or a light solvent then wash.
(B)    Use ‘Liquid Reflections’ or similar cleaner to restore luster to stack.

*Under NO circumstance should a product with scouring or abrasive consistency be used. (scouring pads, cutting polish etc).

 

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY FOR

(A)    DISCOLORATION – Yellowing/Blueing caused by overheating.

(B)    ALTERATION – to the original product by cutting, welding or impact

(C)    RUSTING – caused by clamps, or incorrect cleaning

Cosmetic wrinkles, surface blemishes etc are not covered as these are considered commercially acceptable.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

A refund will only be given subject to manufacturers decision on failed products. Any labour charged on replacement of product will be at customers cost.

Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Goods specifically manufactured or cut to customers requirements will not be accepted for credit.

Goods* may be returned only with our prior approval.  All returns must include the following: 

• Date of supply
• Invoice number ~ relating to the goods being returned and reason for returning.
