        1. Freight Charges:

          • All freight charges will be added at the time of processing your order.
          • Please note that no freight charges are currently listed on your order or at the checkout.

        2. Preferred Couriers:

          • Our preferred couriers are TNT and Australia Post.
          • We can accommodate requests to use other freight companies if specified by the customer.

        3. Special Handling for Chrome Stacks:

          • All chrome stacks are generally sent via TNT with insurance cover to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

        Refund and Return Policy

        At Diesel Exhaust Systems, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

        Refund Policy

        • Manufacturers Decision:

          • A refund will only be given subject to the manufacturer’s decision on failed products.
          • Any labor charged for the replacement of the product will be at the customer’s cost.

        • Claims Period:

          • Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase.

        • Custom Goods:

          • Goods specifically manufactured or cut to customer requirements will not be accepted for credit.

        Return Policy

        Goods may be returned only with our prior approval. All returns must include the following information:

        • Date of Supply
        • Invoice Number: Relating to the goods being returned.
        • Reason for Returning

        Return Handling Fees

        • 0-14 Days: Full Credit
        • 14-28 Days: 10% Handling Fee
        • 28 Days & Over: 15% Handling Fee
